The Water Committee leadership remains the same this year, and we are very excited to see what this group has in store for 2024. The committee is led by Chair, Span Tummuri, PhD, P.E. of JACOBS and Vice Chair, Sam Hinojosa, P.E. of Halff.
“Mrs. Tummuri’s specialty is water supply as she is Vice President and Operations Leader over at JACOBS, and Mr. Hinojosa focuses on flood control as Vice President of Water Resources Regional Practice at Halff.
