Dues Structure
The North Houston Association is largely supported by membership dues received.
The Association bills for dues on an annual basis.
2011 Temporary Opportunity for NEW MEMBERS Only: Six Month Membership: $500
*After the initial six months, the organization or individual would be required to pay annually at the appropriate rate or withdraw from the organization.
Individual Partner: $1,000
INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS (One employee & less than $1 million annual sales) or Non-profit group/educational institution.
General Partner: $2,200
Professional Firm, Small Corporation (less than 100 employees) & Small Real Estate Owner/Developer (less than 100 acres or 100K s.f.)
Managing Partner: $3,200
Medium-sized Corporation & Medium-Sized Real Estate Owner/Developer (100-300 employees), (100-500 acres or 100K - 300K s.f.)
* In addition to the benefits listed above a Managing Partner will be listed on NHA’s website with a link to the company website.
Executive Level Partner: $5,700
LARGE CORPORATION or LARGE REAL ESTATE OWNER/DEVELOPER (300+ employees), (500+ acres or 300K+ s.f.)
