Roy Hearnsberger, P.E.
Roy Hearnsberger is a senior vice president, a lead principal in the firm's Houston office and a member of the Board of Directors. He exerts an active leadership role in political and community activities in the Houston and Harris County areas. With expertise in assembling project teams utilizing both in-house staff and sub consultant firms, Mr. Hearnsberger is key to the success of the Houston office.
Mr. Hearnsberger serves as president of the Board of Authority of the Northeast Medical Center, as well as on various other committees for professional and community organizations. He was awarded the Service to People Award from the American Society of Civil Engineers in 1994 and received the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts of America in 1995.
