Marty Stein
Marty Stein is the newly appointed Director of Corporate and Government Affairs – Texas for the new United Airlines. Prior to joining the Continental/United team, she retired from a long career with the City of Houston, serving as Assistant City Council Agenda Director under Mayor Bob Lanier and then as Agenda Director under Mayors Lee P. Brown, Bill White and Annise Parker. Before working for the City, Marty was Field Producer for the McNeil/LehrerNewsHour on PBS, covering Texas and the Southwest. Marty and her husband Bob have lived in Houston for 32 years. They have two daughters.
