Mark S. Froehlich, PE, is Director of Land Project Development at Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc., a civil engineering and consulting firm. He has more than 30 years of professional experience in land development and special districts practice. Mr. Froehlich is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He has served on and chaired various NHA committees and projects. He was the 1995 Compass Award recipient and has been a board member since 1995. He serves on the Advisory Council for the Association of Water Board Directors (AWBD). He chairs the Water Smart and Water Reuse Committee for AWBD and is a regular speaker on water conservation topics. Mr. Froehlich was recently appointed to serve on the TCEQ Irrigators Advisory Council and serves on the Municipal and Public Awareness Work Groups for the TCEQ Water Conservation Advisory Council.
