Mark S. Froehlich, P.E. is a Senior Project Manager for Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc., a civil engineering and surveying firm. He has over 24 years of professional experience in the areas of project management and engineering design for utility district and subdivision projects, municipal utility, site development, and roadway projects. Mr. Froehlich is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is currently the President for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 186, and represents the District on the Copperfield Joint Operating Board. Mr. Froehlich serves on various professional and civic committees for several area associations. He is a Harris County Master Gardener and is a frequent speaker on horticultural topics for a number of area gardening and civic organizations.
