Keith Haydon
Keith Haydon is currently the Director of Network Engineering & Operations for T-Mobile USA in Houston, Texas. In this capacity, Mr. Haydon directs the teams, efforts, and finances in the Radio Frequency (RF) design and performance engineering, real estate acquisition and zoning, construction, and switch and field Operations for one of the largest cellular networks in the country.
Mr. Haydon has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining the commercial sector, he served in the United States Air Force for more than 9 years.
Previously, Mr. Haydon was the VP, Director of Engineering for Independent Wireless One. Prior to that he served as the National Director, Engineering & Operations for American Tower Corporation.
He serves on a number of National and Regional steering committees whereby he lends his expertise in Sales and Engineering relationship management, conducts Political Action Committee fund raising, and is involved in a number of charitable organizations. He has also facilitated organizational leadership workshops across the country.
Mr. Haydon holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University (1986) and a Masters of Business Administration from Regis University (2004).
