Jill Sharp Vaughan 
Jill Vaughan is an Executive Vice President with Amegy Bank of Texas, where she serves as Regional Commercial Lending Manager for North Harris County and Montgomery Counties. Jill began her banking career in 1983 with Interfirst Bank of Conroe and served as Executive Vice President and, ultimately, President of ProBank of the Woodlands. She then joined Klein Bank as Executive Vice President, until their merger with Amegy Bank of Texas.
Jill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Sam Houston State University, and serves on the College of Business Administration Advisory Council as Chair of the Council and on the Banking Business Board. In 2006, she was recognized by Sam Houston State University as a Hall of Honor recipient. Her community involvement includes serving for Thirteen years on the Montgomery Independent School District, including Past President and Trustee. She has served as Chairman and Board Member of the Greater Conroe Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce and she was President of the Montgomery County Community Foundation and is currently a Board Member. She has served on the board of the Greater Conroe Economic Development Council. In addition, she held the positions of Chairman, Treasurer, Leadership Giver, Women’s Initiative and Campaign Cabinet with Montgomery County United Way. Currently she serves on the Board of the Lone Star College Foundation.
Jill resides in Montgomery County with her husband, David, and 17 year old son, Luke.
