Jack Drake
Secretary
Jack Drake is President of the Greenspoint District. It was created by the State Legislature in 1991, at the request of commercial property owners and is funded through their assessments to provide services and improvements to ensure Greenspoint's growth and prosperity.
The management district also originated and provides planning and marketing services for the Greater Greenspoint Redevelopment Authority, a partnership with the City, County, Aldine ISD, Spring ISD, and North Harris Montgomery Community College District. The Authority funds parks, street and bridge construction, landscaping, streetscape, and public plazas and art and is investing millions in capital projects.

Prior to joining the District, he was Executive Director of the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation for southeast Texas.
Jack holds degrees in both business (BBA) and law (Juris Doctor) from the University of Oklahoma, his native state. He moved to Houston in 1969, after service in the United States Navy.
