Glenn Graham
Mr. Glenn D. Graham, P.E. is a Vice President with the civil engineering and surveying consulting firm of Landtech Consultants, Inc. He is responsible for managing the firm's civil engineering operations and providing leadership in business development and community involvement. Glenn has over 23 years of transportation planning, design, and project management for TxDOT, City of Houston, and the Counties of Harris County, Fort Bend County and Montgomery County. His focus in recent years has been on Program Management of significant transportation improvement programs. He has conducted over 25 public meetings and hearings on transportation projects in which he has been required to present the technical findings to audiences of all sizes.
Mr. Graham has been active in the North Houston Association since 1994 and has served on the NHA's Board of Directors since 2004. The North Houston Association awarded Glenn their annual Compass Award in 1999 for the leadership he provided while serving as the Chair of the NHA Transportation Committee.
