Andy Dill

President of the Community Chamber of Commerce of East Montgomery County since August 18, 2003.  The Community Chamber serves East Montgomery County, Texas and currently has 437 members and has grown from a membership of 143 since August, 2003.

Prior to entering the professional Chamber arena I enjoyed a twenty-five year career in the telecommunications industry and five years in the petrochemical and agricultural chemical industry.  I am a graduate of Nacogdoches High School and Stephen F. Austin State University.  My work career has taken me to Nacogdoches County, Harris County, Angelina County, and Montgomery County.

My wife Sylvia and I have been married for forty years and we have a daughter and a son, two in-law children, and three wonderful grandchildren.  My wife retired from a twenty year career as a special education teacher in 2009.  My daughter and son are both special education teachers for Angleton ISD and Tomball ISD, respectfully.  My son-in-law was recently named the City Administrator in Shenandoah, Texas and my daughter-in-law is Nursery Director for their church.  Our grandchildren are fifteen, seven and seven months and the joys of our lives.

We enjoy our weekend “farm” just east of Fairfield, Texas and spend weekends working and relaxing at the “farm”.
